All our beautiful designs are processed in 2 to 3 working days of placing the order.
USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 2 to 5 business days and Free Shipping.

Yes, we made it easy for you as you can track your order in track your order page in the main menu using both your email address and order number or using the tracking number only.
PORTRAIT MY PET® Guarantee
We know how important it is to make sure your portrait is as perfect as your fur baby! If you aren't happy with your portrait we will always offer it free of charge. We want all of our customers to be as happy as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can look at this issue and solve it for you quickly. We want all our customers to be as happy as possible!
Of course you will, all customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing.
Once your portrait is ready, we'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.

If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use. We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email.
