Once you've decided that a custom pet portrait is right for you, it's time to get started. It really couldn't be easier.
Go to the Pet Portraits page, select the number of pets in your family from the filter option and their gender then choose your product! Once you are on the product page choose your portrait option (Poster, Canvas, Framed Poster...etc.) and size option (A4, A3, A2...etc.) then upload your pets photos and click add to cart. You'll be taken to our secure checkout where you can enter all necessary billing information as well as any special instructions for our artist(s).
You can also add a note to your order during the checkout process to tell us what color background would look best with their fur color and whether or not they have any distinguishing features like glasses or cool ears that should be included in the painting.
Once everything looks good on screen, submit payment by Apple pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, credit/debit card or PayPal account. Your portrait will begin production after payment has been approved by our system (usually within 15 minutes).
You'll get a proof email with any special requests you might have for the artwork.
After you submit your order, you'll get an email from our team notifying you that we've received it. We'll also send you a proof email with the final artwork in 1 - 3 days so you can approve or request any change. Once the final artwork is approved we will proceed with printing and notify you as soon as the final product printed and shipped.
