Of course you will, all customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing.

Once your portrait is ready, we'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing. 

We are open to custom designs, please get in touch with us with your requirements and we will create a beautiful portrait that will last forever. 

If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use. We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email.

We can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed. So far we're created unique masterpieces for dogs, cats, birds, horses, micro-pigs and even hedgehogs!

Our artists are incredibly talented and can work with any animal on Earth. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can look at this issue and solve it for you quickly. We want all our customers to be as happy as possible!

All our beautiful portraits are processed in 2 to 3 working days of placing the order, we produce our arts in 30 countries including USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
